Pandemic Depositions: Using Zoom Effectively

TDLA members Christina Hadaway and Dylan Gillespie with Hickman, Goza and Spragins will present the next TDLA Free CLE webinar titled "Pandemic Depositions: Using Zoom Effectively". 

The discussion will concern the process of remote swearing in of witnesses, difficulties/pitfalls from the use of Zoom technology, sharing exhibits prior to and during depositions, and potential benefits to the plaintiff.

The webinar will take place Wednesday June 10, 2020 at 1pm EST/ Noon CST and last one hour. One hour of general TN CLE has been approved. Registrants will receive webinar link prior to the webinar.
