TDLA Virtual Trial School

Calling all Lawyers for our third Annual TDLA Trial School! We will host this lunch and learn virtual meeting on Wednesday January 27 at 1pm EST/ Noon CST.

This one-hour webinar with circuit and appellate Judges will provide insight into procedure and preparedness desired by each, along with guidance on how to instruct upcoming trial lawyers in presentation and practice of jury trials. 

We are very pleased to announce that Judge Don Ash, Judge Marie Williams, and Judge Joe Binkley have all agreed to present the webinar in late-January, at which they will discuss their experiences in watching young lawyers participate in the program. This program will be a must-see for young lawyers and for firms that are considering whether to send their new lawyers to the trial school when we get back to “normal” in 2022. TDLA Past President, Kitty Boyte with Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete will moderate the session.

Registration is FREE and the course is approved for one hour of General TN CLE. Webinar link will be sent to the registrants prior to the meeting.
