Our October Next Gen training webinar will be presented by Dawn Carson of Hickman, Goza and Spragins on Thursday October 19th at 1pm CST/ 2pm EST. She will present on Motions in Limine, the Defense Lawyers Greatest Tool. 

As defense lawyers we must be reactive to the filings and evidence presented by the plaintiff.  Motions in Limine are a wonderful tool to prevent unnecessary and excludable evidence from the jury. Dawn Carson will provide you with information and tools that will assist you in identifying when Motions in Limine may be helpful.
