#MeToo is more than a hashtag, it’s a movement; one that doesn’t seem to be slowing down. Now, more than ever, employers must do more than have a basic sexual harassment policy and perfunctory training. Instead, employers should proactively review their policies and training to help ensure a corporate culture where sexual harassment is not tolerated and where employees feel comfortable coming forward to complain. Ms. McShane will address the legal risks employers are facing and how they can develop or update their policies and present effective training.
