Next Gen Training: Handling Case Management/ Scheduling Conferences

Our April NEXT GEN Training series will feature a webinar by TDLA Past President Hannah Lowe with Farmers Insurance on Monday April 29 starting at 2pm EST/ 1pm CST. Many State and Federal courts in Tennessee use scheduling or case management conferences to move cases forward towards resolution. We will discuss what to expect from case management / scheduling conferences in State and Federal Court.  We will review the applicable rules of civil procedure governing scheduling/case management, the importance of knowing your jurisdiction and local rules, and how to manage scheduling conferences so that you can effectively manage your case, including scheduling order deadlines. 

TDLA is approved for one hour of General TN CLE for TDLA Members. Registrants will be sent to the webinar link prior to the webinar. The webinar will last one hour.
