On Wednesday May 15th at 1pm EST/ Noon CST, TDLA Past President Kitty Boyte with Peterson White will present a TDLA Next Gen webinar on "Written Discovery...Not Just A Routine Task". Objectives of this presentation will include: Determining exactly when Interrogatories and Request for Production will be useful to the defense of the case;
Tailoring Interrogatories and Request for Production to meet the individual needs of the case; When should REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS be used in defense of case? How much information must be released in the early stage of responding to discovery served with a COMPLAINT?
The interactive, Free webinar will begin at Noon CST/ 1pm EST and last for one hour. The course is approved for one hour of Tennessee General CLE. Zoom link will be provided to registrants prior to webinar.
