  Our April NEXT GEN Training series will feature a webinar by TDLA Past President Hannah Lowe with Farmers Insurance on Monday April 29 starting at 2pm EST/ 1pm CST. Many State and Federal courts in Tennessee use scheduling or case management conferences to move cases forward towards resolution. We will discuss what to expect from case management / scheduling conferences in State and Federal Court.  We will review the applicable rules of civil procedure governing scheduling/case management, the importance of knowing your jurisdiction and local rules, and how to manage scheduling conferences so that you can effectively manage your case, including scheduling order deadlines. 

  TDLA is approved for one hour of General TN CLE for TDLA Members. Registrants will be sent to the webinar link prior to the webinar. The webinar will last one hour.

  Hotel: Reserve your room today! Call 800-634-8001 and reference Group ID #18773 to make your reservation.  Rates begin at $299. Online reservations are available, but you must call if you are looking for room nights outside the conference block (6/13/24 – 6/16/24) or need a specific room type.  When you call, you can request adjoining rooms if you are bringing family. You won’t be able to make special requests or extend your stay if you book online. Room block deadline is May 13th or until the block sells out, so book early!

  Please remember that ADLA has a contracted room block that we must meet to avoid penalty fees.  Agreeing to a minimum number of rooms helps with the overall cost of the conference. So, we strongly encourage everyone to stay on the property if possible.

  Join us in the fall of 2024 for a Joint Annual Meeting with Kentucky Defense Counsel at the Hilton Lexington Downtown on October 9 - 11, 2024. We are working on a fantastic  CLE program and fun activities including Keeneland horse racing and bourbon tastings.

  In order to reserve tickets for Keeneland, we will be opening up meeting registration in June, so we may have a better idea of group tickets for this event.
