Commercial Arbitration Agreements in Tennessee

This webinar will discuss the current status of arbitration agreements under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and Tennessee Uniform Arbitration Act (TUAA). This webinar will discuss the relationship between the FAA and TUAA, including the doctrine of separability, preemption, and the subtle differences between the FAA and the TUAA while briefly tracing the development of arbitration law from common law until the present day.
