Next Gen Series: Expert Witness Strategies

Attorney Chris Frulla with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere and Bell in Memphis will present on expert witness strategies covering the key aspects of expert retention, deposition, and defense. Participants will learn effective techniques for selecting credible experts, conducting insightful depositions, and skillfully defending expert testimony in litigation. This session provides practical insights and strategies to enhance legal professionals' ability to leverage expert witnesses effectively in court.
